I have a painful and slightly inflamed vagina lip with redness, but no sores or bumps. My anus is also in pain with an itch/pain, but no sores. I have been tested for various infections, including chlamydia, gonorrhea, trichomoniasis, yeast, bacterial vaginosis, HIV, syphilis, and hepatitis, all of which came back negative.
