For 2-2.5 weeks before my period, I experience severe bloating, acne, depression, anxiety, anger, and irritability, which resolve once my period starts. Is this hormonal, and is there a natural way to fix it? I was told in 2019 that my estrogen levels were high, but I haven't used estrogen since then.
