I have been experiencing urine symptoms such as frequency, slight bladder and stomach discomfort, back pain, and a burning sensation in my urethra, especially when sitting down, on and off for nearly a year. These symptoms started after attempting to have intercourse for the first time, and have recurred, though less severely, during subsequent attempts. I have had multiple urine tests, STI tests, and a bladder scan, all of which have come back normal. I am concerned about the consistency of these symptoms and would like to know if you have any idea of what may be going on?

I had a positive genital swab result for HSV1 in July 2022, but my blood work for HSV1 has remained negative since then. I have been taking Valacyclovir daily and have not had any genital sores since the swab. Could the negative blood work results mean I don't have HSV1 genitally, and how could the presence of bacterial vaginosis or yeast infection at the time of the swab affect the results?

I haven't gotten my period in 6 months and I feel like I'm infertile. I was on Nexplanon but got it out in March last year. My periods were irregular before Nexplanon and have been new since. I'm 18 years old, my last period was from October 10-14, and I've experienced recent stress and weight changes. I also have asthma, used to take daily headache medication, and now take fish oil and vitamin D3. What could be causing this and what should I do?
