I am 12 weeks pregnant and experiencing period-like symptoms such as inner thigh pain, pressure in my vagina and butt, headaches, and insomnia, but no bleeding. The pain started yesterday and is throbbing in the vagina, feeling like my period is coming on, more so on the right side. I am currently taking Tylenol and progesterone 200 mg twice a day, but I stopped taking progesterone for two days due to the medicine melting in the sun. Should I be concerned?
