I'm taking hormone replacement therapy (HRT) with estradiol 1mg cream and progesterone 100mg cream. My estrogen level is very high at 320pg/ml, causing side effects such as insomnia, muscle tension, shaky feeling, anxiety, water retention, and spotting. I've had the Nexplanon implant since 2018 (changed in 2021). I stopped getting my period but had light spotting last month and today. Is that normal, and could it be related to the Covid vaccine or Covid infection I recently had? I also have swollen lymph nodes in my breasts and slight stomach pain. Should I be worried about breast cancer, and is the spotting normal after 4 years of Nexplanon use?
