I am 12 weeks pregnant and noticed some light pink discharge. I engaged in sexual activity recently and have no abdominal or lower back pain. The discharge is very mild and not getting heavier. I was previously told I had a minor risk of miscarriage due to a lesion on my uterus and had an infection, for which I was prescribed medicine but did not finish it as I should have. What should I do?

I am a 22-year-old man dealing with intense and spontaneous itching on my genitals, a condition that has worsened over the past two years. I initially thought it was caused by HPV due to past genital warts, but doctors suggest lichen sclerosis is more likely. I've been using Ketoconazole shampoo and tacrolimus for three weeks, prescribed by my dermatologist, but they haven't helped. I've also noticed narrowing of the penile shaft and issues with urination, including odd discharge and pain during sex. What can I do for relief?

I'm taking hormone replacement therapy (HRT) with estradiol 1mg cream and progesterone 100mg cream. My estrogen level is very high at 320pg/ml, causing side effects such as insomnia, muscle tension, shaky feeling, anxiety, water retention, and spotting. I'm considering stopping the HRT for a week to reduce the estrogen level. Is it safe to stop HRT for a week, and could withdrawal from estrogen cause anxiety or muscle tension?

I had protected sex for the first time in 8 months and noticed dark and light bloody vaginal discharge for the past 2 days. The sex was painful and felt dry. I'm on the mini pill and have been a bit late with it a few times, including missing one pill last week. I've had regular paps and ultrasounds that have been normal, except for a uterine polyp removed in 2014. What could be causing this bleeding, and is it normal?

I've had the Nexplanon implant since 2018 (changed in 2021). I stopped getting my period but had light spotting last month and today. Is that normal, and could it be related to the Covid vaccine or Covid infection I recently had? I also have swollen lymph nodes in my breasts and slight stomach pain. Should I be worried about breast cancer, and is the spotting normal after 4 years of Nexplanon use?
