I am 13-15 weeks pregnant and was diagnosed with a high wrist pregnancy and subchronic hemorrhaging hematoma. I experienced severe abdominal cramping and vaginal bleeding, including passing bright red blood clots. An ultrasound showed no visible intrauterine pregnancy, but I was previously seen a baby with a heartbeat. My cervix is closed, and my HCG levels are elevated. What are the chances that the baby is still there and can have a healthy pregnancy, or is it likely that the baby is gone due to the lack of visual signs on the ultrasound?

I've been experiencing severe period pains that feel like constipation (though I'm not constipated) and had a large clot (about 4-5 cm in size). My period started on time, but this is my first period in 2-3 months after stopping the contraceptive pill due to constant bleeding. I'm currently taking Levlen Ed.
