I am experiencing debilitating pain during my periods, including severe cramps that prevent movement, vomiting from the pain, and extreme hot and cold flashes. I take up to 1500mg of painkillers like Midol, Tylenol, and Ibuprofen, but they don't help. My periods are also irregular, sometimes starting 2.5 weeks apart, and I can't predict when they will occur. Is this normal, or is there something wrong that needs medical attention?
