I had my last period from November 9th to November 13th, and I took an emergency contraception pill on November 17th after having unprotected sex on November 15th and 16th. I have not had my period since then, and I took a pregnancy test when I was 3 days late, which was negative. I am now ten days late. I have taken Plan B before and never had this experience. I did have unprotected sex again on December 15th and did not use contraception. Am I pregnant or are my hormones messed up?

I decided to work with a midwife during my pregnancy and had my first phone call appointment. She mentioned that if I did not complete the ultrasound between 11-13 weeks, she would assume the baby was conceived on the first day of my last period and might induce labor if she doesn't have confirmation from this ultrasound. I am currently 10 weeks along based on the first day of my last period. I was hoping we could compromise on the due date determination based on the day of intercourse rather than the last day of my menstrual cycle. Additionally, I am unsure if the cell-free DNA test is enough or if I need to do the ultrasound for nuchal translucency.
