I started bleeding on March 10, but it was only brown spotting. I've been feeling tired, experiencing nausea, and throwing up due to certain smells, but getting negative pregnancy tests. I took one dose of Depo-Provera in December but didn't get my next shot due in February. I've had very light bleeding here and there and still have some cramping with a pulling sensation. I'm not on any medications and I'm 25 years old. My last period was on February 13th, and I had unprotected sex on March 6th. What could be causing these symptoms?

I've been on the pill for 13 years and last spotted in June, but haven't had a proper period since. My thyroid levels were high but have been normal since January 2023. I took 4 misoprostol tablets, but nothing happened after 3 hours, so I took another 3 under my tongue. I felt like I was having a fever but nothing happened. Days later, after a long, exhausting day, I suddenly had a sharp pain, followed by heavy bleeding and pain that lasted 2 days, then spotting. I had tiny cramps, sometimes severe. What happened, and how can I complete the miscarriage?

I've had my period for 3 weeks. I am not using any contraceptives or medications, and I have Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS). My last period began around February 27th, and before that, it had been months since my previous period, possibly in November. I have never bled this long before. What could be causing this prolonged period, and what should I do about it?
