I have had some cramping before during this pregnancy, but this cramping is different—it's like intense period cramps and has been constant since last night. I had the Kyleena IUD put in September 2019. After initial bleeding for 2-3 days, I had no bleeding until today. Is it normal for a period to come back like this or is it a sign the IUD has moved? I also have period-like cramps. Should I go to a doctor due to COVID-19 concerns, or can I wait to see if the bleeding stops after a few days?
