I also experience flu-like exhaustion and spotting for 7-10 days after my period. I have had normal results from an ultrasound, blood tests for iron, thyroid, and STI, and my doctor wants to test me for PCOS despite my lack of symptoms. I believe I may have endometriosis due to my symptoms, but my doctor disagrees. What could be causing my symptoms and what further steps should I take?
