I am 18 weeks pregnant and my water broke 4 days ago. My doctor advises terminating the pregnancy due to potential health risks to me and the baby, including the possibility of the baby being handicapped. I have been experiencing severe stomach pain, vomiting, and a swollen stomach for five days. I had a full hysterectomy in February and went to the emergency room two days ago where they did a scan that showed no issues. My face is also swollen, and I can't eat without vomiting. Should I go back to the ER?
