I think I’m pregnant but I have an IUD. My last period was around May 1st, and my last Pap test was a year ago with no unusual findings. I took a pregnancy test two hours ago, which was positive, and I have had abdominal and pelvic floor cramps since May 24th. My IUD was inserted three years ago and is two weeks expired. I have a red sore inside the bottom of my vagina with discharge. It recently started, and I went to the hospital for irritation and itchiness, where they treated for STDs but couldn't confirm. Someone suggested it might be a yeast infection or UTI. The discharge has no odor and is minimal. My last period started on August 8 and ended on August 13. I am 19 years old and on medication for a chronic condition. What could this be and what should I do?
