I had a pelvic ultrasound which showed an enlarged uterus with a large mass and a cyst in the left ovary. The findings suggest a follow-up in 6-9 months. Should I be concerned and act now, or wait for the follow-up?

I have been having migraines for a month and last week I was switched from the combo pill, which I was on for 10 years, to the mini pill. Since starting the mini pill, I feel dizzy, shaky, my head feels like it's being squeezed, fatigued, nauseous, and have pressure and cramps. Is it normal to feel this way after switching pills, and can I switch back to my old combo pill in the middle of a mini pill pack?

I had a pelvic ultrasound because my periods were not stopping for a long time. The report shows my right ovary is large/swollen measuring 23.9cc while my left one is 5.7 cc. Is this something that needs to be addressed immediately as I am traveling for two weeks in a couple of days? What are the treatment/diagnosis steps at this stage?
