I am 2 days late for my period. I had a blood test done (not one that tests the amount of HCG) on Thursday (2 days before my period) and it was negative. I went to my doctor just this Saturday and he said I could still be pregnant, we are going to have blood work done again on Thursday. The blue line test is a positive, but the first response test shows negative. I'm worried, what does this mean?

I'm experiencing sharp pains and pressure in my female area, which started 2-3 days ago. The pain comes and goes, and I'm taking ibuprofen but it's not working well. I also have watery, white discharge for the past 2-3 days, and sex is discomforting. I'm a little late on my period, and my pregnancy test was positive, but I'm unsure if it's a false positive. I had a hysterectomy with removal of one ovary approximately two years ago. I am currently bleeding bright red blood for the last four days, then darker brown, which has been ongoing for the last few months. I had growths removed from my uterine cavity and vulva two months ago, but I am still bleeding. I am feeling horrible and want to know what is going on. I have kidney issues and a large cyst on my remaining ovary. What could be causing the bleeding, and what tests should I undergo?
