I am 20 years old and did not have a period for a year. Now, since February, I have been spotting for 2 months. I am not using any contraceptives, and the spotting has been stable. My last normal period was from February 21 to February 26. I do get stomach aches and was diagnosed with PTSD and am highly anxious. I was also prescribed Spironolactone for acne, which took the acne away but my periods stopped in March 2021. What could be causing the spotting, and what tests or actions should I consider?

I am a 47-year-old postmenopausal woman experiencing vaginal bleeding during sex due to low estrogen. How can I address this issue and have normal sex?

I have a blister or sore-like lesion in my vaginal area. It could be due to STDs or irritation from using hair remover cream. The area is burning, and I took an over-the-counter acidity test which was negative. I have experienced similar issues in the past, mainly when I shave. My last pap test was today with no irregular results. I previously had Chlamydia, which was passed to me by my partner.

I am on the combination pill (Qlaira) and took Plan B on 5/4/22. How long after taking Plan B should I wait to have unprotected sex assuming I get back on my pills schedule? I am getting an implant (Nexplanon) inserted on 5/16/22. Could Plan B affect the effectiveness of Nexplanon? Do I delay my appointment? The Mayoclinic page says that regular BC methods may not work as well after taking Plan B and that I shouldn't have unprotected sex in the same monthly period. Given the Nexplanon is likely to make my period unpredictable, not sure when it would be safe again to have unprotected sex after getting the implant inserted.

I have been experiencing vaginal bumps that have been getting worse and spreading over the past two days. The bumps are white patchy areas, causing burning and pain rather than itchiness. I recently received a steroid shot for allergies and have a history of unprotected sex. I also noticed a yellow/white vaginal discharge. What could be causing these symptoms and what should I do?

I suspect I have a vaginal yeast infection. I've been experiencing itchiness, soreness, and cottage cheese-like discharge for about 5 days. I am currently on Alysena 28 and have PCOS. I had sexual intercourse before the symptoms started, but there is no vaginal odor. I have not tried any medication for the infection and am not allergic to any medication. What should I do?
