My periods are usually very regular every 28 days apart and I bleed lightly for 3-4 days. This time I started 3 days early and I’m on my 7th day of bleeding. I didn’t have pain before today but today I’m very bloated with a firm stomach and cramps. Is this an emergency or could it just be a really bad period?

I am on Depo-Provera and have not had a period in a few years. I am bleeding a little when I urinate as well as just a little during the day. I have some lower abdominal pain, back pain, and I've had kidney stones in the past. How long have you had the irregularity? Is this new or something you have dealt with before?
