I am 25 years old and have been experiencing irregular periods for several years. My last period started on January 20, but before that, I had a delay of five months. I am not using any contraceptives and have recently experienced increased stress and weight gain. I had a single cyst removed in 2013 with hormone tablets. What could be causing my irregular periods and what steps can I take to manage this issue?
