I am 28 years old and have been experiencing chronic pelvic pain, which has worsened over the last 6 months, particularly in the last 3 months. The pain is sharp, burning, and stabbing, and is located on both sides of my pelvis. I had a partial hysterectomy last year due to endometriosis, but the pain is different from what I experienced with endometriosis. I have tried Tylenol, Ibuprofen, Gabapentin, and Cymbalta for pain relief, but none have been effective. I have had an MRI with contrast, which ruled out additional endometriosis, and I am currently waiting for further testing. What can be done to manage this pain in the meantime?

I have been diagnosed with moderate blood in urine and moderate leukocytes, and I was prescribed Bactrim. I have a low-grade fever, feel malaise, and am generally tired. I suffer from health anxiety and overactive bladder. Can I still be having a UTI if the dipstick test showed moderate blood and leukocytes, but everything else was negative?
