I am 3 days late for my period, have sore breasts, and a white, odorless discharge with a negative pregnancy test. My last period started on February 4 and lasted only 4 days with very light spotting. My periods have gotten shorter but come on time. I took an emergency contraception pill on January 17, 2023, and had a little lower stomach pain on Saturday. My last checkup was in March of last year. What could be causing these symptoms and what should I do next?

I just got my blood results back and my HCG levels were a 10. My OBGYN wants to see me Monday to go over the results and if needed an ultrasound, however this morning I have been bleeding and have blood clots. Does this indicate a chemical pregnancy or miscarriage? My last period was March 17. I had unprotected sex April 7 and took a plan B April 9.

I have been experiencing a heavy discharge that looks different, with a light yellowish/light greenish color and no odor. It started more noticeably yesterday and comes and goes. There is a bit of itching, no burning, and the discharge is thick. My last period started on August 8 and ended on the 13th, and it comes regularly as I am on birth control. I have had similar issues in the past that resulted in a UTI and a yeast infection. What could be causing this and what should I do?
