I am 31 years old and 28 weeks pregnant. My baby is very low, and the heart rate is racing over 200 on the monitor, with lots of kicking. I also have consistent, achey pain in my lower left abdomen and diarrhea this morning. Should I be concerned?

I have a hard, moveable red lump on top of my collar bone that has been present for three years. It has become more red and slightly larger over time, and it feels tender, especially when poked. I am currently on Accutane for two weeks, but the lump has been there since my trip to the Philippines in 2019. I am 26 years old and have had a breast augmentation in 2017. What could this lump be and what should I do about it?
