I am 20 years old and have noticed a little blood coming out of my vagina, but I'm not on my period. My last period was from September 16-19, and I have a history of irregular periods. I took Plan B on June 4th, 2021, and I am sexually active but use protection. What could be causing this bleeding, and should I be concerned about pregnancy?

I am 23 years old and have been experiencing pregnancy symptoms for 3 weeks. I took a Clearblue pregnancy test last week which was negative, but took another one this evening which was positive. I have bipolar and am on psych meds including Wellbutrin, Vyvanse, Prozac, and Buspar. My last period was this week and lasted only 2 days instead of my usual 5-6 days. I had unprotected sex 3 weeks ago but it was brief and he didn't fully penetrate. What could be causing these symptoms, and is there a deeper issue?

I am currently on Accutane for two weeks, but the lump has been there since my trip to the Philippines in 2019. I am 26 years old and have had a breast augmentation in 2017. What could this lump be and what should I do about it?
