I am 33 years old and have never had an odor before, but now for the past 2 months, I have been experiencing a stable vaginal odor despite trying various treatments. I have a daily white/clear discharge and wear a paper towel down there every day. I am using PH-D pills, which work for about 48 hours before the odor returns. What could be causing this odor, and what can I do to resolve it permanently?

I had very light yellowish discharge without odor. Should I be worried if it’s an STI? I had sex for the first time last night, and the discharge just started a bit ago. It has no noticeable odor and is creamy in texture. My last period started on August 25-31, and it’s regular. I don’t have any itching, burning, redness, soreness, swelling, or pain during peeing. I am 24 years old, and the sex was protected.
