I am 43 years old and have concerns about internal vaginal tissue. I have a history of condyloma, a childbirth that required surgical removal of the placenta, and became anovulatory after giving birth. Recently, intercourse has been uncomfortable due to abnormal, inflamed/swollen tissue inside the vaginal canal that sometimes protrudes and feels rough/dryer than the rest of my vaginal tissue. My husband also noticed the tissue looks strange. It has been 2 years since my last pelvic exam and pap. What could this tissue issue be a sign of, or what can be the causes?

The area from the anus to the vagina, up to the tip of the clitoris, is inflamed, red, and burning. I have seen a gynecologist for regular tests, which were negative. I am using prescription cream Clobetasol Propionate, but it provides no relief and burns intensely. This has been ongoing for 4 weeks. Are there natural remedies or other treatments that could help heal this condition?

I found out last week that I am pregnant. I'm currently in my 6th week and all my symptoms suddenly disappeared. I am not cramping or bleeding. I just feel very fine. Is this normal?

I have a 17-year-old daughter with Down syndrome who has been experiencing heavy menstrual bleeding for three months. The mini pill Microlut made the bleeding worse, and now it's full of large clots. The GP prescribed Primolut for ten days, but I'm unsure if I should start her on it. Should I take her to the hospital, and what advice can you provide?
