I am 45 years old and had my left ovary removed last year. Since then, my periods stopped gradually, and I was feeling very low, so I was put on Livial Tibolone and Estradiol 1mg. It worked fine until recently, when my vaginal dryness returned. I also use Vagifem tablets twice a week. Please advise if I need to increase or change my medications.

What could be causing this heavy bleeding, and what should I do?

I am a 21-year-old female in a 5-year relationship with my fiance. Despite our great relationship, I don't enjoy sex and often find myself not wanting to have it. My fiance complains that I am never in the mood and won't take the time to get in the mood. I feel something is wrong with me and wonder if I'm one of the few people with no interest in sex. What can I do to enjoy sex as much as my fiance?
