I am 5 days late on my period and took a pregnancy test that was negative. I took Plan B about a week or two weeks ago, and my last period began on March 14. I am not using any contraceptives or medications. What could be causing my late period and should I be concerned?

I am 27 years old and experiencing intense heavy menstrual bleeding, irregular cycles, constant black discharge, severe lower abdominal and left side pain, lower back pain radiating into my legs and knees, anemia, fatigue, and constipation. I've had these symptoms off and on for two years but they've been consistent and worsening since May 2023. I've had four C-sections, a tubal ligation, a brain aneurysm, and anemia. I'm not taking any medications for the bleeding but am on iron supplements for anemia. What could be causing these symptoms and what can I do to alleviate the pain and other issues?

I went to a CVS and the nurse practitioner there diagnosed me with a yeast infection and prescribed fluconazole. I took it three days ago and had sex, but I've been bleeding ever since. My period isn't due for another 2-3 weeks and it's always pretty regular, so I'm concerned about why I'm bleeding. I'm also taking spironolactone and doxycycline for acne. What could be causing the bleeding?
