At what point during a loss of pregnancy are you considered not pregnant?

My 12-year-old daughter is experiencing constant, stabbing lower abdomen pain and pain in the vulva area, which started several days ago. Walking makes the pain worse. She is not sexually active and was accidentally kicked in the vagina while playing. The pain in her stomach just started last night. What could be causing this pain and what should I do?

My clitoral hood swelled up 3 times its normal size 4 days ago. It is the regular color, and there is no significant discharge. The doctor initially thought it could be due to soap, a bacterial infection, or unlubricated overstimulation from sex. She prescribed yeast infection pills and Dicloxacillin, but after 5 days, the swelling has not reduced. Is it possible that the swelling is due to a bruise from sex, and will it eventually go down on its own?

Will the morning after pill work when taken before unprotected sex? I took Plan B last Thursday and had unprotected sex today. My last period finished on the 17th of February. Should I take another emergency contraceptive pill to ease my worries?

I recently went to urgent care for what looks like genital warts. They diagnosed me with folliculitis and tested me for herpes and syphilis (both negative), but I feel it might be HPV. How can I determine if it's HPV? Visually, would it be obvious? How long have I had the warts? Have they been about the same, improving, or getting worse? Are the warts itchy or a different color than my skin? What medications am I currently using? Are there any other medical history details the doctor should know?
