I am having a light period after having an IUD in for nearly two years. I haven't had a period since a month or so after getting the IUD. What could be causing this and what should I do?

I have severe itchiness and rashes around my vagina, especially at night, which started a few months ago and hasn't gone away. The area is red, scaly, and dry, and I have soreness with little bumps. I have tried an anti-itch cream (Vagisil) but it didn't work. I also suffer from vaginal dryness and have recently had constipation issues, which might have worsened the itchiness. What could be causing this and what can I do to alleviate the symptoms?

I went to the ER and was told I was 4 weeks and 5 days pregnant with a visible gestational and yolk sac. Now, at a follow-up appointment, I was told I'm 6 weeks pregnant with no visible yolk sac and no embryo inside the sac. I've been experiencing light cramping and on-and-off light bleeding. What are the chances of my baby surviving, and how can I know if I'm miscarrying?
