Can I continue taking Effexor (75 mg) during pregnancy, and if I experience withdrawal symptoms from reducing the dose to 37.5 mg, am I safe to go back to 75 mg?

I have been experiencing lower abdomen pain on and off since the end of January, which has been sporadic and mostly subsided. The pain sometimes goes across my stomach and into my vagina, and lower back pain started on the right side and now extends across the right side of my back. I have had a CT scan of the abdomen and a pelvic ultrasound, which showed an 8mm ovarian cyst. I am 71 years old and have hypothyroidism. What could be causing this pain, and what should I do about it?

I am currently 28 weeks pregnant and experiencing weird burning/pain/soreness under my breasts on both sides, especially in the morning and after eating. The pain goes away on its own sometimes, but taking Mylanta helps. I also have occasional back pain. Could this be related to gas, reflux, a stomach ulcer, pancreatitis, or something else?
