I am 66 years old and had cervical cancer 12 years ago, which is now in remission. I have noticed a brown, watery discharge, mostly in the morning, and I also experience dryness. I had some bleeding episodes in the past due to scar tissue from radiation, but my doctors said it was okay. My last pap test and pelvic exam were about a year ago, with normal results. I have been dealing with a lot of stress, including losing my parents, selling my house, losing my job in 2015, moving to a new area, and managing a brother in a group home. I also have heart issues, but they are under control. What could be causing this discharge, and should I be concerned?

I have a pea-sized purple bump on my vagina (near the clitoris). It's flat when laying down but becomes a bump when sitting. I also have a birthmark or bruise-like discoloration on my inner lips near the bump but not right next to it. Both are painless and I've had them for at least 1.5 months. What are these things?

I have an IUD and when I checked it after a 2-week period, I can feel a hard object at the bottom, which feels like plastic. How long have you used the IUD? When did your last period begin? When was your last pap test, and what were the results? Any swelling, discoloration, or unusual smells? Anything else in your medical history you think the Doctor should know?

I am having weird periods. They've been coming late, with last month being 4 days late and lasting 3 days, and this month being 5 days late and starting today but stopping quickly. I am sexually active but have not had sex since February. I have had an unusual smell but no swelling, discoloration, or irritation. My eating habits and sleep patterns have changed significantly. What could be causing this and what should I do?

Can a woman experience really bad cramps in her vagina if her uterus rejects a fertilized egg? I normally experience what is called lightning crotch but I’m not pregnant. This time, it happened a couple of days after ovulation, like 4-5 DPO. My last period was May 4th through the 10th, and it normally comes anywhere between 26 and 30 days. The pain was so severe for the first hour that I could not move. Could this be due to a rejected fertilized egg, or is it something else?

I have been experiencing pregnancy symptoms such as vomiting, nausea, headaches, tight stomach, sleepiness, and spotting, but my period isn't due for another two weeks. My last period was on August 14, and I took a pregnancy test today which was negative. I had unprotected sex about a week and a few days ago. What could be causing these symptoms, and what should I do for relief?
