I have questions about bleeding during pregnancy. Heavy bleeding started 2 days ago, but I have been spotting for the past 3 weeks. I am at 8 weeks. I take plaquenil and have not been exercising due to a hip injury. My last period was Dec. 26, 2023. I went to the ER and had an ultrasound that confirmed the pregnancy and heartbeat. I had menstrual cramps 2 days ago. I did an HCG blood test on Friday, but was not told to repeat it. The cramps and bleeding are the same.

I took Plan B on the 3rd day of my period. My cycle average is 33 days. I'm 2 days late and have taken 2 negative pregnancy tests. I spotted for 3 days after a week of taking Plan B. What could be causing my late period and should I retest for pregnancy?

I am a 23-year-old pregnant woman with a blood clot in my arm and small blood clots in my lungs. I am currently treating with Lovenox injections. My doctor said the clots will likely resolve on their own and that I should continue the injections throughout my pregnancy. Is this true, and is my CT scan reassuring or at least not life-threatening?
