I am 8 weeks pregnant with twins. Fetus A has a normal gestational sac, but fetus B has an irregular and small gestational sac. Both fetuses have good heart rates. I have had a first-trimester ultrasound and am taking prenatal vitamins. I also have blood pressure issues and am currently on nifedipine. What does the irregular sac indicate, and is there anything that can be done to improve it?

I have PCOS and have experienced multiple miscarriages, some with and some without medication. Should I take metformin even if I'm not insulin resistant, and how can they check for progesterone deficiency and address it?

I am experiencing excessive bleeding with clots, requiring ultra tampons and 2 heavy overnight pads every hour. The blood is bright red. I have not had a regular period in 3 years, with cycles lasting 6 months or longer, sometimes with spotting for a day. I am 47 years old and have had this irregularity before. What could be causing this heavy bleeding, and what should I do?

Is it advisable to take more than 2 postinor 2/plan b pills in a year? I've been told it damages your womb and increases chances of infertility. I want to take plan b now, which will be my third time in a year, 2 months in a row. Will it be fine? Will there be any complications in the future when I want to be pregnant?

I had a baby on April 17, 2012, and had unprotected sex on May 29, June 1, and June 2, 2012. I thought my period came on June 9-11, but it was light and didn't last long. In July, I took several home pregnancy tests, some of which were positive, and my doctor confirmed my pregnancy in August. How is it possible to be pregnant without having a period, and how can I determine who the father is?

I'm 19 years old and experiencing severe pelvic, back, and lumbar pain, along with nausea and vomiting. I was diagnosed with an ovarian cyst and scheduled for an ultrasound. However, my symptoms are worsening, and I'm concerned about potential bowel obstruction or GERD. Should I go back to the hospital, and what should I do in the meantime?
