I am a 21-year-old woman on Levonorgestrel oral contraceptive pills, not taking the last week of sugar pills. I have been experiencing random spotting and bleeding, including full blood clumps and dark blood mixed with normal vaginal discharge. I also have some bloating in my lower belly. I had an ovarian cyst removed from my left ovary in January of this year. What could be causing this abnormal bleeding, and what steps should I take to address it?

I have been on my period since September 1st and it has been extremely heavy with clots since Saturday, which my doctor suggested might be due to Provera. I am anemic and very tired of this situation. Is it okay to wait for the bleeding to stop, and do you have any other recommendations?

I'm not sure if I'm pregnant. My last period that felt like a period was on September 17th, but I also bled from October 7th to 11th. I started a healthier lifestyle on September 11th, which includes more frequent workouts. I've noticed changes in my cycle, such as lighter bleeding and clear discharge, which is unusual for me. I'm experiencing constant anxiety and I'm not sure what's going on.

I’m worried that the opening to my vagina doesn’t look normal. The opening is covered with a lot of extra skin, and it also hurts when having sex. There is a piece of skin that covers and kind of separates my vagina into two. Is this a concern, and do you recommend I see an OB/GYN in person to have them assess it?

What are the chances of contracting STDs, such as herpes or HIV, from using the bathroom at a local lab where I gave a urine sample? I didn't wash my hands before touching my vaginal area and have been experiencing a tingling sensation in that area since the visit.
