I have a lump about the size of a small grape in my vagina near the cervix. My sexual partner was tested before we started having sex. I use the NuvaRing as my birth control. We had sex last night and the lump was not there. I noticed it because the nuvaring seemed to be hooked on the lump and made it difficult to remove. Any ideas on what might be wrong?

I had a miscarriage at 15 weeks on January 18th. I was induced and delivered on January 21st. I bled until January 31st and then started bleeding again on February 11th. My gynecologist prescribed me 10mg of Provera once a day for 21 days, and I have taken 6 tablets so far. My bleeding stopped but started again. Is this normal, and how long will it take for the bleeding to stop while on Provera? I also have pain in my cervix when I pee and sharp pain in my abdomen on the left side.

I have felt a hard lump in my perineum for several years during bowel movements, and recently, I have felt abnormal pressure in my rectal area, increased constipation, and incomplete bowel movement sensations. I am 33 years old, had a hysterectomy 4 years ago for a grade 3 uterine prolapse, and am not on any medications. What should I do, and what is the typical recovery time for rectocele repair?
