I am a 32-year-old divorced woman who has been struggling with yeast infections after sex since August two years ago. The symptoms include urethral irritation, burning, and itching, which do not resolve with over-the-counter medications and require a doctor's visit. I have been checked for STIs and have no other medical issues. My periods have also become irregular since this started. What could be causing this and what can I do to manage or resolve it?

I'm 36 years old and have noticed a pink tinge after wiping after going pee right after intercourse, especially during ovulation. This has happened a few times. Is this normal, and should I get checked out?

I have stage 4 endometriosis, arthritis in my shoulders, disintegrating hips due to osteoporosis, and constant neck pain from a car accident where my head hit the windshield. I used to take Vicodin, but refused to increase the dosage to OxyContin. I currently take Baclofen and Diclofenac, which caused severe vomiting. I have seen a doctor about the vomiting, but no other resolution was offered. I also had a parathyroid tumor that led to calcium imbalances, causing me to 'code' at home and in the ambulance, and underwent a complete neck dissection. Additionally, I was diagnosed with migraines due to an artery to my brain being smaller than the other, requiring a shunt. What medical advice or treatment options can you provide for my conditions?

I am 26 weeks pregnant and accidentally consumed a small amount of blue cheese made from raw milk. Should I be worried about potential harm to my baby, and should I mention this to my doctor?

I will be 7 weeks pregnant on Wednesday. I went to the ER at 4 weeks 5 days due to light to medium bleeding, but the ultrasound was too early to show anything. My first check-up last week showed low HCG levels in the 50s, and I have another blood test scheduled. I feel no pain or cramps and am worried about a possible early miscarriage. Is there a way to increase my HCG levels?

I have an operation scheduled next month for a D&C because at age 57, I had a period after 11 months, and an ultrasound showed my uterine lining to be too thick at 6 mm. The doctor couldn't get a biopsy in the office as my cervix is almost closed. Additionally, the ultrasound showed a complex cyst 2.5 mm on my ovary. Today's ultrasound will show if it's gone away; if not, I'll need a second operation to ensure it's not cancer. Should I consider a hysterectomy instead of these operations? Would it typically be covered by insurance?
