Can you have a positive ovulation test without actually ovulating?

I have been sick for months with symptoms including belly pain, frequent urination, constipation, lower back pain, a puffy belly, and nausea. I take nausea and pain medicine. I recently discovered I have a fibroid on the outside of my uterus, which was not detected by ultrasound. Do you think this fibroid is causing all my symptoms?

I'm 35 years old, had an emergency C-section in 2010, and took Ibuprofen today for the pain, but it's not helping. What could be causing this and what should I do?

I am 6 weeks pregnant, 33 years old, have mild asthma, and am overweight. My doctor suggested I get the 4th Covid vaccine, but I'm anxious because a friend told me her friend miscarried after getting the vaccine at 6 weeks. I believe in evidence-based research but am scared. How long have you been dealing with anxiety? Has this been chronic or something that comes and goes in waves? Any recent changes to your sleeping and eating habits? What are all the medications you're currently using, either for anxiety or anything else? Anything else in your medical history you think the Psychologist should know?
