I am a 45-year-old female. My period has become more irregular, with some months being relatively painless and other months being extremely painful with symptoms like bad cramping, nausea, and an upset stomach. My cycle has also shortened from 29 days to 26 days. Is this normal in my forties?

I just found out I'm pregnant this morning and I'm 10 days past ovulation (10dpo). I'm experiencing substantial cramping and spotting, which isn't as heavy as the bleeding I had during my previous miscarriage at 10 weeks in December 2022. I also have a stage 2/3 pelvic organ prolapse. Should I be concerned about the cramping and spotting, and how might my pelvic organ prolapse affect this pregnancy?

I have a strong, fishy odor coming from my vaginal area that has persisted since middle school. The odor varies in intensity and is accompanied by white vaginal discharge. I also experience occasional intense itching and burning sensations. I have never had sex and am not using any medications. What could be causing this and what should I do?

I have PCOS and have been trying to conceive actively since I was 16. I'm 23 now, have irregular cycles, and have used Clomid 50mg for two cycles and Femara 2mg for three cycles without success. I'm currently 5 days late for my period with negative pregnancy tests. I also have thyroid issues. What else can I do to improve my chances of getting pregnant, and should I continue using Clomid at 50mg or increase the dosage?
