I am a 45-year-old woman with four children, diagnosed with a uterine polyp. I have regular menstrual cycles, no medications, and I experience spotting from days 11 to 14 after running 5 miles. My last pap test was normal in October, and a transvaginal ultrasound showed the polyp. I am waiting to have it removed due to COVID-19. My concern is the recent, more pronounced spotting, which occurred after starting an intense fasting diet. Does running cause the polyp to bleed, and is the spotting related to the polyp?

I am a married man with a 3-year-old son. Six weeks ago, I had unprotected oral sex and protected vaginal sex with another woman. I noticed red dots on my penis a few days later and tested positive for herpes simplex type 1 IgG and borderline for herpes simplex type 2 IgG. I have several questions: 1) Does the report indicate I have genital HSV type 1? 2) What does 'borderline' for HSV type 2 mean? 3) Will I pass HSV to my wife during sex? 4) What are the implications of having HSV type 1 and borderline HSV type 2? 5) Is acyclovir effective for treating the red dots, and what should I do if they persist? 6) Should I tell my wife about this, and what are the potential consequences?

A girl I slept with last Christmas Eve/Christmas morning claims I got her pregnant. She says her due date is October 7th, but her ultrasound and doctor suggest it could be September 30th. I used a reverse calculator and the dates don't match up. She also admitted to sleeping with someone else after New Years who claims he can't be the father because he is sterile. Is it possible this baby could be mine, and should I get involved?

I am 38 years old and recently had a D&C after a miscarriage. I have two children and have been trying for a third for a year and a half. I've tried fertility treatments like Clomid and IUI without success. I got pregnant naturally but had a miscarriage. My fertility clinic suggests IVF, but I'm unsure if that's the right route. My husband and my OB/GYN feel we should try naturally for now. Given my age, is it safe to wait a few more months before seeking further fertility treatment?

I am a 39-year-old female with two kids. I found a tiny lump in my vagina last year, which has grown slightly and is now more protruding. It is still small (smaller than a pea) and located near the entrance of the vagina on the left side. It is not painful and seems to hang softly. What could this lump be, and when should I be concerned about it?
