I am a 46-year-old female with a Mirena IUD for 6 years, currently post-menopausal according to blood tests. I've had on and off light bleeding/spotting for over a year, which my gynecologist attributes to hormonal changes. My concerns include: 1) Is it unlikely to get endometrial cancer with a Mirena IUD? 2) What is the likelihood of cancer given my symptoms? 3) Could the bleeding be hormonal despite being post-menopausal? 4) Does a simple ovarian cyst or breast tenderness relate to the spotting? 5) Would a CT scan have shown endometrial cancer if present? 6) Can the IUD cause bleeding post-menopausal? 7) How reliable are FSH and estradiol tests in determining menopause status?

I recently found out in July 2018 that I have HPV high risk and mild dysplasia. My Pap smear of June 2017 was negative. I had two partners after the June 2017 negative results, and the second one has been my boyfriend from July till present. I believe I got the first dose of the HPV vaccine at age 24 or 25 but didn’t get the second one. Can I get re-vaccinated? Does my boyfriend have HPV too? If my repeat Pap smear is negative, does that mean the HPV is gone and my boyfriend doesn’t have it?

I went off birth control (Apri) in November. My period began two weeks early at the end of March and has started early again today. I have been exercising regularly, more than in the past. What could be causing my periods to be so erratic?

I am 38 years old and recently had a D&C after a miscarriage. I have two children and have been trying for a third for a year and a half. I've tried fertility treatments like Clomid and IUI without success. I got pregnant naturally but had a miscarriage. My fertility clinic suggests IVF, but I'm unsure if that's the right route. My husband and my OB/GYN feel we should try naturally for now. Given my age, is it safe to wait a few more months before seeking further fertility treatment?
