Over the last few days, I've been noticing pain in my vulva after going to the bathroom and wiping. I noticed extra skin growing underneath my vagina that looks warty when clumped together, and I also have a skin tag on my anus that now looks like there are three. My vulva is swollen and the area looks darker than normal. I'm worried it could be cancer. What could be causing these symptoms and what should I do?

The pain persisted, worsened, and returned 4 days later. I am starting Lovenox, a blood thinner, in 3 days for the rest of my pregnancy. I don't have insurance and the pregnancy visits are costly. I need an opinion before heading to the hospital—could it be just a pulled muscle?
