I've been experiencing burning hot flushes, anxiety, and depression since my shoulder replacement in March. I've been prescribed medication by a urologist, but I would like to see an endocrinologist. The burning in my face is worsening my depression. I'm also on Metoprolol for high blood pressure. What else should I consider for this issue?

I am experiencing dark red vaginal discharge with moderate clots since 1/2/2023, a week after my last menstrual period which ended on 12/27/2022. I am also experiencing cramping in my ovaries and lower back. I have never had this happen before and it is worrying me. Should I schedule an appointment to get checked out or could it be normal old blood that is slow to leave?

I recently had what I assumed was my period from the 7th to the 12th, but now I am bleeding again, which appears to be a second period. I've taken two negative pregnancy tests. I took Plan B twice between May 18th and June 7th. My last period before June 7th was from May 17th to 22nd. I typically have regular menstrual cycles. What could be causing this and what should I do?
