I am a 64-year-old woman recently diagnosed with atrophic vaginitis. My doctor couldn't perform a Pap & Pelvic due to the atrophy and has prescribed Premarin cream. I haven't had intercourse since 1989 but recently have a desire and opportunity for sex. My doctor suggested using a lubricant. What are some good lubricant suggestions, and can I still be satisfying to a man?

I'm having irregular bleeding on the Mirena IUD. Is that normal, and what could be causing it? I've had it for three years now, and recently my bleeding has become heavier than usual. I'm 19 years old, not using any medications, and have been more active with intense training and exercise. How long is the Mirena IUD good for, and can it wear off?

I got an IUD (Mirena) placed on 8/26 and it was fine for a while, but a few days ago I started heavily bleeding and getting cramps that last for 15-30 seconds. I had an ultrasound that confirmed the IUD is in the right spot, but I feel like it might not be in the right place. What could be causing the bleeding and cramps, and when should I be concerned about the bleeding lasting longer?

I'm taking hormone replacement therapy (HRT) with estradiol 1mg cream and progesterone 100mg cream. My estrogen level is very high at 320pg/ml, causing side effects such as insomnia, muscle tension, shaky feeling, anxiety, water retention, and spotting. I'm considering stopping the HRT for a week to reduce the estrogen level. Is it safe to stop HRT for a week, and could withdrawal from estrogen cause anxiety or muscle tension?

I am a 61-year-old postmenopausal woman on a generic estrogen patch. I forgot to take a dose and have been heavily bleeding for two weeks. Should I continue on the patch or take it off? The blood is bright red and heavy, and I have terrible cramps like I did when I was young. I have been using estrogen since menopause almost 15 years ago and started Synthroid for hypothyroidism about a year and a half ago. I am also a long-term vegan and have thalassemia. Additionally, I had endometriosis in the past and was on birth control pills in college.
