I was diagnosed with PCOS many years ago, and my husband and I are trying to conceive. I finished my first round of Clomid 50 mg last month with no ovulation. My cycles usually need to be started with medicine, but this time it started after sex and was normal at first, then turned to light brown discharge. Should I be concerned?

My 25-year-old daughter is 5-7 weeks pregnant. Her OB did a work-up and a transvaginal ultrasound around 4 weeks, where they saw the sac but no embryo. She went back for another ultrasound at 5-20, and still no embryo, just the sac. Her blood and urine tests indicate pregnancy. Could she be not far along enough to see the embryo? She is only 101 lbs and has a very tiny waist.

I went off the pill approximately 4 months ago. For the first 2 months, my periods were normal. Then for the next 2 months, I have been having 2 periods: one about 9 days into my cycle and then the 'regular' one at about 28 days. What can this possibly mean, and how can it affect my ability to conceive?

I experience breast tenderness starting at 7 days past ovulation, which is very frustrating and painful. Is there any treatment for this? Is it normal? I am 35 years old and trying to get pregnant.
