I am a day late for my period, and this morning I had a negative pregnancy test. My last period was on January 5. This evening, I experienced dark, grainy spotting only when I wipe. What could be the reason for this, and should I be concerned?

I have an IUD and want to get pregnant. I've been on this IUD for a while due to regulating my period after trauma. I'm concerned about my period returning to its previous state if I stop using birth control for too long. I want to try for a baby for a maximum of one week, but I'm worried about the impact on my period if we don't conceive within that time. What should I do?

I got Nexplanon inserted last week on Wednesday and had unprotected sex the following Wednesday afternoon. I took Plan B the next day. Will I get pregnant, and does my weight affect the dosage of Plan B?

I had a period from April 29 to May 3, then had sex on May 8 and experienced bleeding for 5 days starting 5 days later. I had sex again two days ago and started bleeding yesterday. I used Plan B on May 8. What could be causing this irregular bleeding, and should I start birth control now or wait until my cycles are back to normal?

I am 56 years old and have not had a complete year of period-free cycles since March 2007. My periods are erratic, occurring every 4 to 5 months, followed by two periods 28 days apart, then stopping for 3 months. My bloodwork shows menopausal levels, but I continue to have medium-flow periods lasting 4 to 5 days. I have had normal sonograms and biopsies. What is your opinion on this, and is it common?

I have been bleeding from my vaginal area for more than a month and it's getting worse. I am not using any medications and I am 23 years old. I had an angiogram done in 2020 to burn a blood vessel to stop the bleeding, which stopped but has started again. What should I do?
