I have heavy bleeding hours after having sex, it’s watery and big blood clots. It’s has a specific smell different from my period. I have a hormonal IUD for 3 years now, and the bleeding has been occurring for a couple of months. I am 19 years old and not taking any medications. I had non-consensual sex on December 31. I do not know if it was protected or what happened for sure. The next morning I got my period, which lasted about a week. I have missed my period this month and have shown some signs that could be pregnancy, such as abdominal cramps, increased white discharge, and more headaches.
