For the past week, I have had sharp and intense pain on my lower left side around the ovary area that radiates to my lower back. This morning, I feel like I have to urinate but nothing comes out, and now I have a throbbing sensation at my vagina and feel like my bladder is going to fall out. The pain comes and goes, except for the pain in my vagina this morning. I am not managing the pain with any medications and am 30 years old. I take a hot bath for the pain. I have no fever or chills, my last period was on 2/11/2023, and I have not had sexual intercourse for over six months. My last Pap smear was over three years ago, and I am allergic to Penicillin.

I think I have a yeast infection. I have constant dry/itchy and inflamed symptoms with no odor. My vaginal area is red and swollen. I have no known allergies and no other relevant medical history. Is there any discharge? Clear.
