I am dealing with a severe yeast infection that is getting worse, despite using usual remedies like fluconazole, boric acid suppositories, and anti-fungal cream. I have had recurring yeast infections since the end of last year, especially after intercourse. I am currently taking Gilenya for MS and am 32 years old. What can be done to manage and treat this recurrent yeast infection?

I have pain in my ovary, specifically on the right side, which started recently after eating chips. The pain is ache-like and comes and goes. I am 22 years old, have no family doctor, and have been in Canada for 5 years. My last menstrual period was in the last week of October, and I am due for my next period in the last week of November. I have been experiencing irregular periods for the last three months. I am 23 years old, not on any birth control, and my last period started on September 22nd. I usually get cramps but haven't had any this time. The bleeding is not heavy but not light either. I have some stress but no weight changes.
