I am experiencing a feeling of shaking in my head, neck pain, and nausea. The symptoms started 2 days ago or yesterday, mainly when I lay down. The neck pain is achy and dull. I used Excedrin yesterday and am currently on Cephalexin and birth control. I am 25 years old. What could be causing these symptoms and what should I do?

I have PMDD symptoms that have been a concern for 6 years, and I've tried various contraceptives and antidepressants without success. I'm currently using multiple medications including Lamotrigine, Effexor, Adderall, Wellbutrin, and have a Jaydess IUD. I'm wondering if bio-identical progesterone could help manage my symptoms, and if so, what would be the best approach to try it?

I got a light oral thrush after 14 days from potential contact. Could it be HIV? I am 25 years old, not using any medications, and had a cold last week with yellow mucus. My lymph nodes are slightly swollen more on one side. No pain. The oral thrush is a slight white coating, very thin.
