About 2 weeks ago, my period ended. I had some spotting a couple of days ago but it went away. Now I have spotting again and cramps. Is it possible I’m pregnant? I am not using any contraceptives, and the spotting has been stable. My last period started on November 24th and ended on the 29th. I have just cramping and vaginal discharge mixed with blood. I haven’t taken a pregnancy test, but I am on oxycodone due to recent ankle surgery.

Could I be pregnant if I am spotting but have had 3 negative pregnancy tests, and had intercourse 21 days ago? I am irregular, last period was November 8th, 1 year postpartum and still nursing 2-3 times a day. Mild cramping yesterday, no other symptoms. May have some discharge.
