I have a bump on the inside lip of my vagina. It doesn't cause pain or itchiness and is the same color as my skin. I've had it for a couple of months but only recently noticed it. I'm 20 years old and not taking any medications. I had endometritis three years ago after giving birth and was briefly on Naproxen. What could this bump be and what should I do about it?

I think I have a hormonal problem. I am 30 years old and have been experiencing issues for over a year. My periods are regular, but I have acne, hair loss, weight gain, dry vaginal tissue, and pain during sex. I have also been trying to conceive for a year. I have had blood tests showing slightly high testosterone levels, an ultrasound showing no issues, and tests indicating open fallopian tubes and normal semen analysis. I'm pregnant and experiencing bad morning sickness. I'm not sure how many weeks along I am, but I have vomiting, gas, and burping in the morning. I also have a urinary infection and use Cephalexin. I'm 24 years old and haven't been to an OB/GYN before. How long will this sickness last, and is it safe to use over-the-counter vitamins like vitamin B6 or Unisom? Additionally, what can I use for headaches?
