I have PCOS and am looking to conceive my second baby but have not ovulated or had a period since December. I am 30 years old, not using contraceptives, and my last period was on December 6th for 5 days. I am on antidepressants and sleeping medications. I had bloodwork and an ultrasound done on Friday but do not have an OB/GYN and would like to start Clomid. What should I do?

I have been experiencing bleeding from the vagina with a bad smell for 4 days. I am 40 years old and had a pap smear a year ago with no issues. I'm not sure if I have genital herpes. I've been concerned about it for a few months and I'm sexually active. I'm experiencing a little bit of biting and itching, and my gynecologist said I tested positive for a yeast infection. I took yeast infection medication for 2 days, but I'm still experiencing symptoms. Could this be associated with the yeast infection, and could it be something else like herpes?
